Program Overview
This program provides personal training in the fundamental techniques of Italian home cooking. The emphasis is on developing practical skills that can be applied every day in your own kitchen.
Each session builds on the previous one, reinforcing core techniques such as pasta preparation, sauce development, kitchen organization, and meal timing.
By the end of the program, students will be able to prepare balanced meals for themselves regularly and confidently execute an excellent Italian dinner for guests.
